It was everything I expected it to be.

Bad customer service, missing parts.
It was missing one bolt so couldn’t put together. Contacted company and they requested a video/photos. Wouldn’t send me a single bolt so my grandkids could use this. I have to ship the whole ladder back for a refund. Terrible customer service. Seems like it will be wobbly anyway and the screws and bolts will be sharp and hurt when using.

Not enought washers included
The ladder seems sturdy enough and , but the included hardware is lacking. All the nuts and bolts were there, but there are only washer and lock washers to put on about half of the bolts. The instructions only show putting washer and lock washers on the 4 bolts between the upper and lower parts of the ladder. In which case there would be a lot of extras . If you want to put a washer on the nut and bolt side of each bolt and a lock washer on each nut, I ended up 21 washers and 18 lock washers shy. I went to my local hardware store to get these pieces and it cost me $26. This adds a lot to the cost of the ladder.

Wished I had bought thus years ago.
I'm a senior and this helps me get out of the boat and onto the dock. Wish I had bought this year's ago.

Would like to purchase more mounting hardware
Great product but I'd like to buy extra mounting so I can move the ladder to different areas of my pier. The Vevor company doesn't show extra mounting hardware for purchase. Plus, there is no way to contact the company.
