Beautiful trays and coasters and the best customer service
The trays are beautiful. They are a winter white, not ivory in any way but not a grayish white which happens quite often. A true pure white. Very pretty with the gold handles. I did have an issue with one tray and the seller went above and beyond to take care of the matter. Astounding in this day and age. Customer Service actually DOES matter because now i would buy again from this seller knowing how they value their customer. The value for the set is also amazing. Two sturdy well built trays and 2 gorgeous marble coasters. The entire set looks far more expensive than the actual cost. Very happy with the trays and coasters and Very happy with the seller. Great customer service!
First and foremost, I’d like to highlight the GREAT customer service experience I had with Novus Luxe. My initial shipment arrived with a broke tray (the whole bottom and sides were not attached. I quickly contacted them (I made sure to send them pictures as proof of the defective tray) and they were so quick to give me a refund AND a replacement item. My amazon account reflected the refund within the same day and my replacement arrived a day earlier than expected. I am beyond impressed! The replacement trays look great and I cannot wait to use them. I will be purchasing from them in the future -Definitely recommend!!!!

Exquisite blue trays
These trays are really lovely! You get two, and they're good size. The silver handles on either side of both trays adds class. I'm using them for storage.One is on my computer desk under the monitor stand, and it's hiding my stapler, a flashlight, white out, a staple puller, a covered jar containing paper clips, and a few other odds and ends.The larger one is on my coffee table in the living room. Since I spend a lot of time on my couch, I find that I keep lots of paraphenalia on the table for convenience (a covered box of tissues, a small fan, napkins, a tiny bottle of toothpicks, and other assorted items).These trays would look exquisite displaying your fine china or crystal.

Just moved and still setting up but I absolutely love these trays! They’re spacious and durable and have a good weight. The polished handles are right on glam! Love that it has 2 sizes. Plan to use the large one for decor and the smaller one for remotes. And oh my gosh, the coasters! They’re the sweet addition, amazing! So glad. And the sellers are sooo helpful and generous if you have issues. 😍
