Spenco Men's Yumi Pure Sandal

If a shoe or sandal should be anything, it's comfortable. I bought a pair for my husband and although too big, I found myself stealing his sandals. The footbed is a nice gel with an arch. It can't get much better than this. They are sized smaller so a men's 7 is a men's 6 and equates to a women's 8. So happy to find these!! These are the best!

I had worn Sole flip flops for so long I forgot what Spenco felt like. SO COMFORTABLE!! They are squishy and cushioned so well. Sole’s are nice and extremely sturdy- not much cushion or flex at all compared to these. I don’t think I can wear my old Sole’s now. As someone did mention- they had a little slippery feel to the feet (the cushion, not the bottoms or sole), but that went away after a week or so. I just love these. I don’t even go around the house barefoot. I sport these puppies 24/7.

I am very impressed by these compared to the Orthaheel Men's Ryder Sandals (Chocolate) that I returned. Those were heavy, clutzy and I felt like I was walking on heels. The Spenco Men's Pure Sandal (Chocolate) are everything that the Orthaheel isn't. Stylish, lightweight, comfortable and with sufficient arch support that does not overwhelm. I wear it daily when at home and for almost all day. The pain in my right heel and soles have improved greatly (I am using this in conjunction with some medication, and Powerstep insoles & Nike compression socks with my shoes. This muti-pronged strategy has vastly improved my ability to stand and walk without agonizing. I do feel that the Spenco sandals are a key part of the equation.

It fits a little different than the other two pairs I had. It feel a little slippy when I walk. I still give 4 stars because the price. I don't think I can wear this the whod day like the other two pair Spenco

The fabric on the flip flop came loose underneath. It’s where your foot rests. Only loose on one shoe. Had them for a day and they got loose. Thinking about returning them.

Never did I think I'd ever pay this much for a pair of flip flops. Before buying these every summer I'd live in the cheap $10 Corona, Bud Light, etc from Walmart; going through a few pairs every summer. Recently I developed a pretty good bunion on my right foot and went to the Podiatrist. He recommended that i only wear shoes with very good arch support and to put good inserts in all others, as my flat feet will cause my feet to get progressively worsen if I didn't do so. (I'm 42 and I've known i have flat feet my whole life, but never had any problems or was told I should be using good arch supports all my life). Anyway, I live in sandals in the summer and didn't want to give it up, so I took a chance on these. I don't regret is! The don't have the amount of support as others I've tried, but it's plenty. The best thing about these are the combination of support and comfort...most comfortable sandal I've ever tied. They're also very well made.

I've been wearing them for years and have come to really appreciate the quality, support and comfort. I live in Florida so it's nice to be able to not wear shoes; too hot.

If you have worn spenco arch sandals before, these are not nearly as supportive and tend to get loose on your feet as the standard models... The memory foam just dulls down all of the supportive properties of the sandals. I've been wearing yumi's for a few years and they are amazing to keep my plantar fasciitis in check, I took a chance on these, and they're not as good with the arch.If you are just looking for a attractive comfortable sandal and they're not specifically looking for the spenco arch, these are amazing, and an amazing deal.

I have a plantar fascia tear in my heel area. These sandals give me a lot of pain relief. I use 2 pairs one for constant home wear and other for outdoors.If the strap design is further improved by the manufacturer, usage life of the sandals can be extended. After 4 or 5 months the uppers become loose fit and ultimately dont fit well. I have to replace new ones every 6 months due to the loose fitting uppers.

Size is quite accurate only that the straps got dome defect as show in photo.
