This is an absolutely wonderful beside lamp with TONS of functionality. We love them! Purchased two, one for each side of the bed.My *only* wish is for there to be more comprehensive instructions included...for installation (there are none if you intend to electrically hardwire), mounting (had to guess which screws went where), and lampshade install (ok, all my lamps have been USA, turn-of-the-millennium models, with harps. So this one is on me. But an illustrative diagram, or linked you tube vid, would have been helpful).Anyway, once we figured out the lampshade (hint: unscrew the plastic ring around the bulb socket, place metal ring of lampshade over bulb socket (it's going to seem upside down if you're used to lamps with USA traditional harps), screw plastic ring back on to secure lampshade, install appropriate bulb in socket) and succeeded at mounting, we were greatly pleased with the look, quality, and stunning functionality of these lamps.The boom is solid and moves easily. Sames is true for the reading lamp part, so easy to adjust right where you need light for the task at hand, and what a comfortable, soothing light it is. Plug in your cell phone charger without having to reach behind the nightstand. And my favorite: the dimmer! It works flawlessly, providing a continuum of lighting options. Set it super low for a nightlight atmosphere, or all the way up for enough light to get dressed on dark mornings, and everywhere in between. It's really awesome!Beautiful, very useful product.

Works very well, love the dim setting to adjust it from very low, such as for night time to just see where you're going without crashing into anything to light enough to use as a lamp without needing to turn on my ceiling light. I installed one of my LED dimmable light bulb to make it energy efficient.

So ez to install and it works great so happy with it it’s as bright as you want and dims so ez and the usb plug is such a great bonus

Shopped around forever trying to choose a reading lamp for my book nook. Needed one to mount to the wall due to space issues and did not want to pay an electrician to install it. LOVE LOVE LOVE how easy this was to install and how effective it gives off light! I ESPECIALLY love the dimmer switch, as none of the other sconces had this right on the mount. It's just perfect! Great mid-century modern vibe goes perfectly in my room. Purchased a cord cover to clean it up, and it looks great and clean! I could not be happier and I am so glad I did not go with any of the other less attractive lights. This has both form and function. I am using a 60w dimmable, LED bulb and am very pleased. Get this lamp! You won't be disappointed.

Since returns are a hassle and this is in the corner of my sitting area, I hung it anyways. The light came busted up pretty bad and you can't plug anything into the outlet on this light. So it's just a decorative outlet? I tried to plug in a three prong extension cord and a two prong extension cord and some christmas lights. Now ot them will go all the way into the outlet. So that's pretty sad. I do like the dimmable feature on it and it's great for just a little light or a lot of light.As for the busted up parts the lampshade was crushed and so is the metal part it is on.

Looks nice and having the reading light was why I bought it. Shade attractive. Dimmer switch flashes at beginning if you use an LED bulb. No problem with traditional bulbs.

No back mount. Impossible to mount the light to wall. Shade frame was bent badly beyond repair.The second lamp arived a week late. This one has a wall wall plate, BUT NOT FITTING THE LAMP BASE. Both bought from Amazon Warehouse.I would rather spend a few more dollars to get the brand new ones. Do not buy used.I ended up returning both. Total wasting of time. Very disappointed.

This lamp has two separate lights included. The bulb under the shade and the reading "spotlight" which focuses directly on reading material. Nice.

Bedside reading lights. It did the trick.
