I like that pills can be loaded from the back
Loading the pills from the back (bottom) will make it easier for my Mom to load her own pills. Like other purhasers, I do have concerns that the daily covers appear/feel fragile, but we will see how long they last. Also, in order to get the pills out of the container, we do have to turn the pillbox over since the sections are small and deep (good for many pills). Hopefully the covers stay in place.

Great Product Just As Advertised !!!
This is a great good-sized pill organizer just as advertised. This works for most people who have a whole lot of pills, supplements and/or meds to take daily. This is an idea for the manufacturer : for individuals who enjoy supplementation more often more than likely due to sports, it would be nice if there were a weekly sports pill sorter with the compartments just as big or a slight bit bigger to allow for pills 5 times per day. This would most likely mean that instead of ' MOUR - NOON - EVE - BED ' as the 4 compartments for each day, t here would be ' MORN - NOON - MID (for mid day) - EVE - BED '.A new pill sorter dividing the nutrition 5 times during the day would suit most sports enthusiasts as well as those few people who need the extra room for the ton of meds they know that they need during a whole day. This really is a great product, but some people look for just that little bit more to get by!

The best pill organizer ever!
I got this for my mom who has to take many pills a day. It's fabulous because you can open the bottom and fill all the slots at once rather than the usual way of opening each tab separately. Clever idea and a huge time-saver!

Good design but one won’t stay closed
I liked the bottom open for filling design a lot. But of the two I purchased, one of them has a flap that won’t stay closed. I also some how I figured out how to get two different colors but read carefully because it says the colors are random.

Weak door latches
I have purchased this 3 times because this is the only one I can find that can be loaded in back and all at once, BUT, door latches are not very strong and the keep breaking, can they be made stronger?

Very fast to refill
What sold me on this pill box was the bottom hatch. I count out all my meds individual piles and then turn this pill box upside down and open the hatch. I can then fill each compartment (all 28) one med at a time. When done I simply snap the bottom closed flip the box over and all meds are quickly organized and in place. It is twice as fast.

This is the worst pill box I've ever purchased
This is the worst pill box I've ever purchased and I have bought dozens including at least 10 other 7x4 boxes. I got this one to replace a huge pillbox I loved that was lost in the recent Houston floods. I've used this one for about 4 months now, but will replace it as soon as I can find a new one like the huge one I lost in the floods.Good things.1) Having the back open completely for refiles is a necessity in my opinion, at lest this one has this feature.Bad things.1) If you open the back and refill from the back and make an error, its nearly impossible to remove the pills from the back. There is a ridge that blocks the pills from sliding out. The only way I've found to remove a single "cell" of pills is by pushing them through the bottom (actually the top since you are filling from the bottom). This requires lifting the box upside down, see problem 2).2) The lids simply don't shut well. They tend to pop open for no reason, especially if hold the pill box upside down. I lost several pills to this before I realized what was happening. I had to check and make sure all the tops were shut everything I took my pills. Several times when I went to take my morning pills I found open "cells" when I know I closed them all the night before.3) The lids are too opaque. You can't tell if you've taken your pills or not unless you; A) open the lids and check, recommended, or B) lift the box up so a light is behind it and you can see through it, highly NOT recommended, see 2). I lost pills this way.4) Note the little groves in between the cells, I call these slots "Pill Guns". Since opening one "cell" and turning over to poor them in your hand id too risky you are forced to to pull the pills out with a finger. Tiny small pills tend to come out to fast and often fall into these slots. Not a problem if you have the pillbox flat on a table. However if you are holding the bill box in your hand and it is not within a few degrees of level, the little pills will fall into he slots and roll to the lower end and shoot out onto the floor often rolling 5-10 feet on the floor SMH.5) The width of the individual "cells" is the same as most large capsules and pills, i.e. Allegra, Regular sized Citracal, etc. If they end up horizontally in the cells they tend to get stuck. Usually you can work them out with a finger, but often I've had to use a knife or similar to pry them out.
