Have used this for a long time. It’s a gentle sleep remedy. I love that it is melatonin free. No side effects. Doesn’t cause morning grogginess. Take about an hour before bed so it has time to work.

It makes me sleepy, but doesn't help me with getting a quality night's sleep.

OMG this product smells/tastes like something unspeakable. Literally gag choking it down and the taste clings in my throat. I’m on night 3, trying to break my Benadryl habit. It has, thus far, not been at all helpful and I have to take a melatonin to finally get to sleep. Not restful or good sleep so far (according to my sleep measurement devices). I’m going to keep it up as some folks say it needs to build up, so we’ll see. If it works, I’ll update the review.

I have been using a more expensive natural sleep aid and just switched to Nature’s Sunshine because it is more affordable. I am pleased with the results and will continue to use it.

Like many people, I don't sleep well. Blue light from computers & phones, too much caffeine, too much stress... These natural capsules ease me into a normal sleep. No terrible nightmares from "sleep aides." No waking feeling drugged. No habit-forming or "use for no more than 7 days" warning on the bottle. Just natural sleep. I take 2 when I'm ready to sleep. I've taken 3 at times of excessive stress. No side effects. I've used this for several years and everyone I've recommended it to, has been helped.
