I love this unit. I decided to customize it with blonde highlights. It took the color very well and still maintained it’s integrity. I didn’t have to do any plucking to the part or hairline. This wig is ready to wear straight of the box.

The hair itself is beautiful. I ordered 20” u part wig. HOWEVER - I’m not sure who they’re making their wig cap for.. but you gotta have a BIG head to fill it. I had to sew the inside to make it smaller and it STILL is too big. I’ll have to continue to sew until I get it to fit properly because right now, there’s so much extra “space” underneath that it just makes it looks cheap when it’s actually good hair. I really didn’t want to have to do all this work just to make it sit properly on my head.

I have fallen in love with U Parts during the pandemic. I must say I was pleasantly surprise with this purchase. I was able to dye the hair and it kept its softness. I added a few curls. The ends are not split and I’ve have had no shedding. I will definitely be purchasing again. I’m 5’9 and purchased the 20 inch which is alittle below bra strap for me.

So this hair(u-part) is not 100% percent human hair there are synthetic hair strands mixed in SO PLEASE please mindful on the heat setting you use to flat iron or curling iron. Second the wig is entirely way too big so if you have a small head it will not lay flat and will not be a smooth canvas it will feel lumpy when you have it on. Third the u-part comes with combs for the secure fit and those combs are not an option if you want a secure feeling. If you are just trying to throw it on and go run some errands then fine but if you are wearing for a certain amount of time then I do not recommend. I have to take the combs in and I replace them with clip wig snap clips to make sure it stay securely on my hair especially since the wigs is already too big in itself. I have not experienced any shedding just a few burnt hair strands in my curling iron trying to flat iron which were synthetic strands so that’s why I said please watch your heat settings!! The hair is very soft and true to length. Definitely don’t think it’s worth the money…

If you’re thinking about buying just do it !! I personally was timid about purchasing and looked at so many reviews and videos on YouTube before buying. LITERALLY love !! I had Some issues with delivery but that’s because I ordered right around the holiday but it came just in time for my birthday. I love It !! Upon opening there was no smell and the hair was super soft ! The wave in the hair was perfect, I did dye the wig jet black to match my leave out (I was super nervous about dying it because I did not want to mess up the texture but it took very well) to sum it up I did everything to this hair dye , wash , straighten , and curl (which it holds a very good curl). This is my first time ever leaving a review cause it’s just that GOOD !! Definitely will be purchasing again. I ordered a upart wig before from a different vendor and it was the worst lol but that’s another story this UNICE U-part unit was just what I needed !!!***one thing I can say if you have a small head (like me) you may have to adjust it because it was just a bit big but after adjusting and braiding my hair accordingly it was a perfect fit (I even slept in it one night and it was perfectly fine lol)*** Anyways girl go order this wig STAT !! Definitely a hidden gem 😍
