I needed an adjustable threshold, and this one was great, easy to install, easy to adjust

Beautiful finishing piece!
Perfect for my doorway which had a fairly tall gap between the door and the floor. Beautiful product, was easy to install, easy to customize (trim), great value for the price, and is a nice finishing touch!

The vinyl strip on this threshold cracked and fell apart within a year.

No longer made by Randall Manufacturing
This threshold plate is no longer listed on the Randall Manufacturing website. I checked and it doesn't show up under the part number. But the total alleged height adjustment is only a 1/2 inch, from 5/8ths to 1-1/8th inches. This is known as a low profile threshold plate
