Broken. Looks like a return
I purchased several different ones for Christmas gifts. I have acquired these over the last 25 years and have never had a problem until this order. It was not wrapped like the others as it was in a plastic bag in the box. One hand is broken off. I feel like maybe this damaged one is a return and was accidentally put back into stock. Disappointed.
