I wanted be sure and write a review. (I never write reviews🤷🏼‍♀️)I read through reviews and gambled that I might only get to use those once. I honestly was thrilled with it. I used basic chocolate chips and added oil, pre heated chocolate in microwave before adding it to the fountain. It worked perfectly. There are only 3 pieces. Easy assembly. I soaked 2 of the pieces in warm soapy water, and spent a little effort lightly rinsing (so I didn’t damage any electrical) the bowl portion. The size is more than adequate. We will use it again for sure.I hope this helps someone else with the purchase.😊

it is not enogh hot and it is not working

I really loved it! It’s a big hit for my daughter 16th birthday. Everything is perfect no problem at all. Easy to clean. Yes at first I was very worried because of all the bad reviews I read on this product, but for me it works perfect. Thank you

This unit worked great for a graduation party. Very easy to assemble. It does make noise but we didn’t notice the noise level nor were we bothered since it was such a hit. I used a 2 pound bag of chocolate that worked beautifully. Clean up was simple except for underneath the black part on the bottom of bowl that is attached to the unit itself. I waited for the chocolate to harden and then just chipped it off with a skewer. It didn’t come completely off. Otherwise, a great buy, I can’t wait to use it again.

I ordered this fountain for my daughter's birthday, and it came quickly. Set up was easy and cleanup wasn't too bad. We set up the fountain, heated the chocolate and it was flowing very well, and quite a hit in fact, but in about 45 minutes to an hour it stopped flowing so we scooped out the chocolate re-heated it and it flowed again for about 45 minutes. We repeated the process several times. Overall it's great while it was working, but it does take quite a bit of work to keep it working.

We bought this as a joke and it turned out to be amazing! At my kids' party, we pull it out and it's always a great success!

This products had lots of mixed reviews, but I still took a chance and purchased it. It worked great the first use but when I took it out to use not even two weeks later the motor just did not want to turn on anymore. completely dissapointed not worth the money I paid for.
