Nalgene Tritan On The Fly Water Bottle, CLEAR/BLACK Set of 2, 24Oz

I was originally disappointed in this bottle compared to my existing Nalgene bottles and my similar Camebak water bottles. They are significantly thinner plastic, much less likely to withstand a significant impact. Additionally, the On-the-Fly easy open lid can pop open if you drop it and it falls onto the unlatching button--which has happened to me. These two factors make it unsuitable for backpacking, in my opinion.However, the ease of opening is an awesome feature that I did not think I would appreciate, but really have. THe bottles have become my go-to for daily use at home and office. Additionally, it's thinner plastic makes for a smaller overall diameter which allows the bottle to fit in the bottle cage of my road and mountain bikes. That, coupled with the quick open top makes it great for cycling.I ended up buying an additional set as my wife and daughter gravitated to using the original set. I highly recommend (just not in a survival situation).

Best water bottles I've found. They have 2 ways of closing the cap. The easy method is just pressing it into place and it closes quickly, nicely with a snap. The most secure way, to prevent water leakage, is to take the second step and close it totally securely with a metal "wire" that is attached to the cap, so it firmly closes and stays closed. There's no way it will leak when you use the wire closure method. I really, really, really like this water bottle.

Big, big, big Nalgene fan and my family has been using its products for over a decade. Read the reviews and so far it’s performed magnificently. The pop off lid is a perfect addition, I’ve been using this everyday and I carry this where ever I go. I’ve been monitoring for mold issues (reviews) and so far no mold, I do hope that Nalgene comes out with gasket kits, because the gasket will eventually have flat spots and cause leaking. Regardless, this is another excellent product and just solidifies my undying support for Nalgene.

After using this bottle for a couple of months, I’m giving it high marks. It’s very easy to clean thoroughly and imparts no odor or flavor to the water. It works great on the water bottle bracket on my bike and it’s ability to carry it with a finger or hang it from a backpack is ideal.Update: After owning this bottle for over a year now, I've decided that I really like this product. In addition to the points above it's quite tough and functional, plus it holds a good amount of water.

These bottles work. I have used them for my son for several years. The safety steel lock is perfect. Wash caps with vinegar or top rack washer. Don’t put bottles into washers. Most are so hot that eventually threads will smooth out. Hand wash bottles for long life.

I bought these for my son for summer camp. The size is great, but the top is a bit hard to close and therefore he doesn't close it. You have to push it down against a hard surface to get it to click and if its not clicked the metal clap won't do the final secure. For a kid this would not be a great option. A teenage possibly, but no younger children. I purchase a lot of water bottles and this has not been one of my favorite for him.

These were purchased as water bottles for my 7 year old for school, which requires clear bottles. They have stood up well to wear so far but the latch on the lid is a little difficult for my kid to navigate and so they often aren't closed all the way. The spout is narrow enough but I do wish i would have considered a bottle with a straw for him instead of one he has to tilt up to drink from.

It does not snap back on most of the time. Both water bottles had this issue. You have to press very hard to make sure the lid is securely back on the top.

Bestell war ein 2er-Set Nalgene Trinkflasche Everyday OTF, CLEAR/BLACK.Also Tranparent/SCHWARZ.Und so hat "Känguru-Trekking & Aktivreisen" es auch bestätigt.Geliefert wurde jedoch eine Flasche in lindgrün und eine in weinrot.Mit diesen Mädchenfarben bin ich NICHT glücklich, das war NICHT bestellt!Da ich die Flaschen dringend brauchte, war eine Reklamation zeitlich ausgeschlossen.Die Flaschen als solche sind dicht und handlich, sie machen einen halbwegs robusten Eindruck. Einen Plastikgeschmack konnte ich nicht feststellen.

Ich habe mir diese Trinkflaschen für meine Arbeit gekauft. Leider wurden meine letzten zwei gerade dort geklaut :(Ich habe mir wieder welche von Nalgene gekauft, weil ich einfach von der Qualität für den Preis begeistert bin.Meine zwei letzten haben sehr viel mitgemacht - häufiges Spülen in einer Industriespülmaschine, viele Stürze, Einbuddeln im Sand (ich habe in einer Kindertagesstätte gearbeitet), ohne Verfärbungen, ohne Kaputt gehen, ohne das etwas ausgelaufen wäre...Nur einmal ist mir tatsächlich etwas ausgelaufen - allerdings ist die Flasche auch so auf den Verschluss gefallen, dass dieser aufsprang - ich hatte den Bügel vergessen... Auch diese haben zwei haben sich bereits bei Wandertouren bewährt.Wer eine gute, auslaufsichere, spülmaschinengeeignete Trinkflasche sucht, dem kann ich diese nur empfehlen :)

Las botella es muy comoda el uso, y cumple perfectamente su funcion de antigoteo o derrame, no vas a tener ningun problema en eso, me hubiera gustado alguna presentacion de 1 litro, pero solo encontre en este modelo de 650ml, solo tendre que llenarla más frecuentemente, la calidad de los plasticos es de primera.

Diese Flaschen machen einen sehr guten Eindruck lassen sich sehr gut reinigen haben keine Geruchs oder Geschmack Absonderungen.Der Schraubverschluss mit der extra Laschen Sicherung lassen sich hervorragend verschließen und auch wieder leicht öffnen selbst mein vierjähriges Kind hat damit keine Probleme.

- die Flaschen verschließen schlecht -> häufig gibts kl. pannen im Rucksack und der Deckel muss erst einmal wieder abgeschraubt und wieder angeschraubt werden um einen Tropf freien transportieren zu gewährleisten -> transportiere seid dem nur noch stilles Wasser!- die Flaschen eignen sich schon gar nicht für Kohlensäure haltige Getränke!
