Tactile cards
I purchased these are year ago for my daughter that is blind. She really wasn't ready for them at age 3 as she is globally delayd. She is getting a lot more practice with tactile items at school now and we are going to be using them. I think this is an amazing product for someone that has a blind child and when developmentally appropriate to help associate words with feeling something tactile. This maybe a good product as well for children that are autistic as they may like the sensory input.

Great for little learners
My grandson loves flash cards. These are the first flash cards that have so much to offer. He's learning sign language, his alphabet, words, scratch & sniff & Braille...and the little guy is 8 months. He loves touching them, watching me move my hands and then his as I motion the words and smelling them. He lets me form his hands into the letters and run his fingers over the Braille words. I look forward to him growing with this cards.

Good quaity
These cards were purchased for a five year old boy who has lost his sight. He has not had an opportunity to use them yet, but I’m pleased with the thickness of the cards as the little boy will handle them with some roughness. I think the cards will hold up. I do wish the Braille dots were a bit more raised, to make it easier to feel and differentiate between the different letters,

Better Than Expected
Love these cards! I bought them for my kindergarten class to promote disability awareness. I was looking for something with sign language pictures plus Braille images and didn't have much faith if I would find anything.. BIG surprise! These flashcards have the signs and actual physical Braille PLUS other tactile features AND scent. Winner!!! They seem quite sturdy and I hope they are thick enough to withstand 5-6 year olds. I would love another set but I'm way over my school supply budget. Someone mentioned wanting the Braille dots to be more raised. I actually think they're a bit easier to feel than other Braille I've felt. Maybe they are standard and not meant to be higher or thicker? For flashcards (not Braille training cells), I think it's fine. The other tactile features and scents will add to the whole sensory experience. The images, size, and interaction will keep my students interested in learning more about differently abled people. It's about time society begins to purchase more toys and materials like these cards for typically developing children.

Large quality cards with alphabet, words, braille and tactile or sensory component
Large cards with printed words, braille, and a tactile component. So far the cards seem very durable and have been a high interest item for my students. Graphics are bold without too busy of an appearance.

Great learning tool
My grandson is blind so I continually look for things that are both fun and leaning tools. This is wonderful with the braille under each letter and the scratch and smell on some cards. Love it.
