The nutritional label shows 15g of protein per serving. Serving size is 1/4 cup (30g) with 150 calories 7g total fat, 7g carbs, 5g fiber, and 15 G protein. Then in small print it says that for every 100g of product there are 48 grams of protein. So to get 48 grams protein, you’d have to have more than 3 servings! 450 calories! 21g fat, 21g carbs! I’ve had flavored protein powders with 120 calories, 3g carbs and 24g protein.

Tarwi is perfect for baking! It was delicious in blueberry muffins.
