Fits a bit snug so not as comfortable and not every easy to move around in during workouts due to the fit. I’m 5’1 181lbs and wear a large. I ordered the XL. The sizing fits smaller than most others out there. However being I purchased a size up I thought it would be comfy. The biggest issue for me is the shoulder area kinda weighs down the rest. So basically if you are doing exercise which requires a lot of raising your arms it’s uncomfortable and does a lot of tugging. Would’ve been better if there was adjustable straps around the arms. However, good quality/material... I didn’t sweat as much as I normally do with my other sauna suits, bands or shirt. Hopefully once I stretch it out a bit I’ll get better results from this item.

This is my 3rd item from this company. I have sauna capris and a waist belt. I liked them so much I thought this might help with my arms. The fit is comfortable, but I wish the arm area was a little tighter to help that area sweat more. All of their products are comfortable, because they stretch and you can actually move in them when other brands I have used were very stiff. You will definitely work up a sweat but still be comfortable while working out.

I have only had this suit for a few days and only worn it once. It's a very comfortable fit and true to size. I kept it on for several hours. The longer you wear it, the more you sweat!

Okay so I took a big risk ordering a size small because at 38 with 3 kids I'm far from a small now but it worked out very well with this suit. The fit is snug yet comfortable, just what I expected, desired and needed to get the most out of it. Not only does it fit nicely but it's super breathable as well. I also love that it's covers a wider area than other similar products, like the upper arms and thighs. The only thing that would make this suit even better in my opinion would be if it had the option of maybe a cutout area for the butt (if that makes any sense) for those of us who are working to lift and plump up that area but I still love it and highly recommend to others who wish to thoroughly sweat out their torso, upper arms and legs. Just don't be afraid to order a size smaller than usual for that just right, snug fit. Best of health and fitness to you all!

Es un traje completo, que no sirve para usarlo sin ropa encima, por la abertura que tiene en los pechos, otra de las razones por la cual no lo usaría para estar fuera de casa es que no tiene abertura para ir al baño, debes quitarte toda la ropa y quedar desnuda para entonces así poder hacer tus necesidades lo cual me parece muy incómodo, si logras sudar bastante con el traje puesto, pero en la parte de los brazos te sientes demasiado justa casi no estira cuando levantas los brazos entonces es incómodo. Pero si lo vas a usar como yo que solo me lo pongo 30 min mientras hago ejercicion en mi sala entonces si te sirve, pero para llevártelo al gym ni pensarlo.
