Fred Kelly PicksD4G-L-12 Delrin Standard Grip Flat Light Guitar Pick

Is this for one pick? I've learned to ask the "stupid" question, rather than be surprised.

Are these very flexible?

Are all of them pink? Any other colors?

How's the grip? I use dunlop max grip and still have a tendency to throw my picks when i strum...will this be more or less grippy than my max grips?
