I'm a Birth Doula and use this in supporting my clients, and also teach workshops for professionals on how to use the peanut ball for labor positioning.Over the years, I've owned a variety of different brands, from the cheapest consumer quality all the way to the professional physical therapy grade, and there is a vast difference among them. I've been on the hunt for a while to find a brand that lands somewhere in the middle with good quality and a reasonable price. I've purchased a couple of different sizes at this point and am happy with them and recommend them to my clients and students now.Bonus Pro tips: The 50 cm size is the most versatile for using with labor and birth positioning, if you wanted to choose one size to own. (It won't work for every body or every position, but it meets in the middle fore most.) I like the smaller 30 cm size to use for sleep positioning during pregnancy and for back support in side-lying positions during labor. (It's so much better than the expensive and space-consuming pregnancy pillows and definitely an improvement on flimsy hospital pillows.)

Nice matte finish so feels better than shiny finishes and stays in place better. Also love that the indent is significant enough to make positioning better

As advertised, but has a super strong rubber smell even after off gassing for weeks

My son is 3 so it’s the perfect size for him. He does need alittle help gettting off of it but it gives him a way to regulate himself. We normally bounce together on the big yoga ball but I wanted to give him something he can try to do independently. Plus I use it still too for stretching and etc.
