It was a very good heating pad. Heats appropriately according to the levels. Very good product. But it said that the color velvet grey would be delivered. But I received red color. That is why I ratted it as 4 star.

This electric heating pad suits me well. I have been having some shoulder pain, and I could use it around the arm and could find relief. However, I wished it had a cotton cover so that it could be protected from touching the body and could be used by others in the family as well.

It's not even 6 moths of usage but now I am facing issues with the device loose connectivity , the heatness is not up to the mark the options given were sometimes not working I thought it would be premium and will provides me more comfort for my pain but ended up wasting my money and time frustrating all the time this is absolutely a china piece buying it at this cost is totally unworthy choice instead go for electrical water gel heat pad which comes around 250 to 300 it comes with durability and the heat is up to the mark remember not always costliest things works good you can invest twice if you can go for that water gel pad and can get free from your pains , don't waste your time I am writing this review after using it for 5 months not continuously I'm giving breaks too but you see I fair intention is one should not waste their money like me , thank you , your faithfully , a co-customer .
