Since Ziploc has regrettably discontinued making their Perfect Portions bags, I searched for the next best alternative. These are it. Big enough to easily get your hand in to grab whatever food you're storing, then turn inside out with the food inside. I use them inside my vacuum sealer bags to separate individual portions. Wish they were made of the same material as the old Ziploc Perfect Portions, though. They seemed to be more non-stick. These are more like the material that fold-over sandwich bags are made of. Not bad, just not Ziploc.

These bags are very easy to use and a great help in saving money. I buy the "family size" packages of meats and fish and am able to portion them out and freeze using these bags. They help prevent freezer burn and keep the individual portions from sticking together so I can defrost just what I need.

These work great when freezing meats but oh so many in the box, I will never use them all! Guess what my kids are getting as their inheritance

The bags came stuffed loose in a random cardboard box, not the box pictured. This is very inconvenient for us and will be difficult to keep the bags clean before using. We have been ordering the same bags for years and they are good quality, but this time we can't even be sure what we got.

This will last me YEARS! Lol. I got these as a replacement to my Ziploc Perfect Portion bags that I use to divide my chicken up and freeze. The are great to individually wrap my chicken or hamburger up into portions and then place inside a freezer bag. I would not use these inside the freezer alone (as per instructions), but inside a freezer bag, they have been excellent. I have also used them to wrap my sandwiches in occasionally.

Have ordered these bags more than once for our church sub sandwich fundraisers. We double-wrap our subs for long-term freezer storage by customers, first in Reynolds plastic wrap, also bought on Amazon, then in these bags. They're the perfect size and the gusset make them an even better fit. The price is such that we can afford to give a double wrapped sandwich to our buyers and not take a big hit on our profit. As long as that remains the case, we will continue to buy them for our fundraiser.
