I am admirer of Denise Linn and this book is good for those who want to connect with life in search of some answers of the present birth and of the previous one.

Great book!Bad events happen to all but the blockages they create must be cleared..We should never allow bad experiences to shape our personality or dreams or aspirations..which is is explained in detail in this book..An amazing and insightful Read!

The books' exercises are very empowering not to mention interesting. The book goes into reincarnation, past life regression, understanding your fears/phobias, and teaches us, walks us through how to journey back and delve into your own past. It is simplified, giving us a comprehensive look, an idea of reincarnation and karma being within your power to make choices rather than what comes around goes around and you are powerless to do anything instead of believing like a punishment kind of karma.Refreshing many of the things I have read and know. However, this is a good book for someone starting out on past lives. Depends on what you believe but I found the concepts within the book to be intriguing. It amazes me that such theories on past lives could be true. And has very interesting stories to back up her explanation of past life, reincarnation as well of many issues were address.

There is so much in this book, I will be revisiting it in the future again and again.There are personal stories that are just fascinating, insights from a soul level and practical things such as hypnosis scripts that you can use to do your own research. It's so nice to see a book written by someone who really understands their subject at such a deep level. Thanks.
