very disappointed with all the plants

The instructions state that there is a low germination rate. I followed them closely. They were potted with the recommended moist chill time in the refrigerator. Then put in the sun and kept moist. All 24 seeds were duds. Very disappointing.

I clearly wasn't thinking when I bought these! Followed all instructions but not a single seed sprouted or looked like they could! I've learned my lesson, these were too good to be true. Shame because the pictures are so pretty

But I am begining to believe that rainbow roses can not be grown from seeds,but are artificially created,
