I have to be honest in saying that I only bought this book because my uncle, my sister and I, all love Don Knotts. The book may also come in handy, but that wasn't my motivation for buying it.

im assuming you like to read then this is for you very informative its sketch illustrative (nothing wrong with that) it just meanstheres more information than pictures, real pictures can allow . this is my kind of book gets indepth about many things and many illustrationsvery thought out on many concrete jobs and its variations!. And yes scientic in its fulness (nothing missing here) a F I N E book kudos to the authors/editors and as always thank you Amazon you never steer me wrong!

I like to keep things around the house in good condition. Concrete repair and building is something I have not done since the days I helped my father as a child. YouTube videos are a great place to start BUT . . . .This book is written for guys like me. It has proven to be a gold mine of how to information. It is an excellent addition to my DIY library.

The necessary tools, preparation, materials, techniques, in short everything is covered. I also purchased more expensive books geared towards professionals but this is aimed directly at me. Buy this one!
