Had better but had much worse still got mine I use it on my bedroom TV you can fully load them easy and not a bad little box ..it's no firestick but it's not bad

It should be stated in description that you are not able install Disney+ from Google play, but luckily there is another store app and there will you find it. Remotes both are a bit anointing to use especially on disney+ when you want scroll down episodes, I use one app with polish TV where its impossible to scroll down at all

Remote okay to use

I bought this to enable my 5 yr old HD tv to become an internet Tv. Easy to set up and worked out of the box. Needed an Ethernet cable. Plugged in and it connected with my router (EE) and it displayed the preloaded apps. YouTube is brilliant once user and password entered and soon it found my subscriptions and displayed my favourites.I then found and downloaded other apps I wanted, ITV Hub, UKtv play, skygo.Non of these could I install after downloading. The remote control failed to highlight selection bars when scrolling so had to guess which was active when pressing ok. ITV hub needed a postcode for location and the menus would not accept one when typed in. Skygo produced a huge error code when trying to instal and froze.I gave up and set up the keyboard after charging the battery on a usb. I failed to get it to be recognised by this tuner so a waste of time. I tried turning tuner and keyboard off and on a few times to reboot but identical probs each time. I gave up after 3 hours.I am resolved just to use it just to watch YouTube which it does well. And put the keyboard in a drawer.

Unfortunately unlike the older version, this box seems to disconnect from the Internet every 10 minutes and you have to restart the box to get it on again. I know it's not my Internet that's the problem because the old box has no issues. Nor does any other device connected to the Internet.

The media could not be loaded.  The box wouldn't come on. It has been on 'Boot' interface for hours. Even when I do a hard switch off it still doesn't go pass the 'boot' interface. I have two of these Android box and the one in my room never gave us this issue.

I have owned many android boxes and found this one to be very sluggish to respond to remote control selections. Even playing back files on a USB flash drive was slow, also box got warmer than expected, most of these boxes run warm but this one seemed to be struggling at times. Google Play store was erratic, also constantly being logged out of apps and only option was to unplug and restart. Maybe I was just expecting too much from this device, but there are other android boxes around the same price which run a lot better than this one.
