Q: How long is each strip?

They are around 8-10 inches, but they are flexible so they stretch too much longer than that. Make sure to follow directions... videos are best. There is definitely a right way and a wrong way to apply these. If you touch them at all with your hands or try to reposition them they will not stick. As long as you put them on correctly they will last several days.

Q: Where is this strength tape made in?

it's a poor quality tape anyway, I buyed black and blue, they stick for only minutes, the black stick more minutes that the blue one

No, its manufactured in China. Almost every major brand is manufactured in either China or South Korea.

Q: Would this work for wrapping around Achileel's tendon/heel (running shoes carve away at my skin with friction)?

Absolutely - I use it for all kinds of feet issues- had foot surgery 4 years ago then stress fractures issues- wrapping the weak areas gives great support- I'm a elementary teacher on my feet all day - highly recommend!!!
