Integrative Therapeutics is my go to brand for vitamins and minerals and supplements. The riboflavin is just what I needed since giving up coffee. It gives me energy but no jitters.

I have been getting this for my wife for several years and it has worked wonders for he health! It is a great value for the price and the pill size isn't too large at all. We will continue to keep getting it for her too and highly reccomend it!

I believe it is a good product, but don't take it if you have bladder issues, makes your pee smell.

main reasons I love this version of B2:- 500MG is the studied dosage to prevent migraines- small size, so easy to swallow- if you want to break in half to split dosing, super easy to do- 400 MG size dose works out to be cheaper for me- trusted brand, high quality

My doctor recommended I start taking riboflavin for my migraines because I cannot take normal medication for them as my heart rate and bp is too low and that causes it to stop more. I was skeptical about this actually helping but after reading reviews and finding others with relief I was willing to give it a try. After over a month consistently taking a pill a day my headaches aren't as bad and not as frequent. It didn't make them completely disappear but I am satisfied until I visit neurology to get better treatment. I would recommend trying it if a medical professional recommends. With chronic migraines I'd give anything a shot.
