I bought one of these last year and was very pleased with the quality of materials and zippers. At the time, I thought it was huge and likely, much larger than what I needed. Don’t be too quick to decide!! Towards the end of the growing season, I realized I needed more space if I wanted to keep different plants separated and to have enough compartments to reliably dry everything. So I bought two more. :-)

The drying rack is really well made and hold a lot. It is huge! The added bonus are those little clippers. They are always with me in the garden. Perfect for snipping cucumbers, beans, herbs tomatoes. I love that they are pocket sized but do a great job.

I’ve dried things on screens before, which requires you to turn them after a few days so they dry on both sides. I love the mesh design on this that allows airflow on all sides so I can just forget about t the herbs until they’re done. I also have a dehydrator that’s great, but sometimes I want to dehydrate without heat, and this is great for doing that. I also like that the mesh is tight enough of a weave to make it easy to clean out…crumbs don’t fall through onto the sections below it. This also lets me dry a wide variety of herbs without the flavors mixing. And it’s surprisingly large. I can fit so much in there. The snips that came with it are handy. Just be careful when opening it for the first time as it springs open fast and hard.

Work's just fine

I purchased this so that I could dry herbs in the summertime as it is very time consuming to dry herbs in the dehydrator. I is it love this item because I was able to dry more herbs at one time than in the dehydrator. I hung mine in my basement because it is too windy outside to hang. I directed a fan towards it to assist with air circulation and drying. And it worked very well for me.

Haven't used it yet

When the budget allows, I will definitely be purchasing another one. I showed this on my YT channel when I was drying mullein. This thing is perfection! I had lots of inquiries on which one it was.

Drying our plants was a beeeze with this rack! Folds up easy for simple storage, no mess or hassle!
