I never thought I would have to write a negative review on a body shop product. I use their body soaps, face wash, exfoliators, drops of youth moisturizers, skin peeling gel, tea tree oil, and so on.I was trying to find a toner that would give a clean, hydrated feel and solve the problem of oiliness in the t-zone. I ordered this with high hopes but ended up not liking it (and returning it).Cons:- it came in a plastic packet without any seal on the bottle/ cap.- skin (combination) felt very dry after applying it.- the smell is hideous.

This is my second time using this toner and it's really great. I had the aloe version before which was great too but more for sensitive skin. This product removes dirt etc but at the same time adds moisture so your skin does not feel dry after applying it. It does not tingle or sting when applying it either like other toners with many chemical ingredients.If you have severe acne, I do not recommend this product. This is more for individuals with minimal to average blackheads, pimples etc. If you have cystic acne, it's best that you see a dermatologist.

Use this along with the face wash in this line. I love this product, it’s makes my face feel good and moisturized without being too oily. It’s recommended for combo skin, which I have, and to me, it works great.

This doesnt dry out my skin but tones it amazing and my face doesn't seem to react by pumping out a bunch of oil! It's the best, and though I have tried other things I always come back to this and its heads and shoulders above everything else.

Too much perfume for skincare. I had a raised red rash on my face after using the face wash, toner, and lotion for a day or two.

I've been using this for a couple weeks and I have oily skin. I really like it! I only use toners at night, but I'm usually on the go in the morning. I usually use the st. ives exfoliator in the shower, then use this toner, then the clinique moisturizer gel and the soap and glory depuffer. Loving my night face routine.

I tried it a few times on my face and it made me break out. Tried it on my arms but still could not stand the smell of cheap soap. I ended up disposing of it down the drain.

Once again I love bodyshop skin care.I'm combination oily in summer&dry in winter. But I notice that I'm also sensitive.In my younger days I was very oily, but now in my 40's...I'm dry in winter, my T Zone is oily (mostly my nose)But then the Vitamin E range works well for me, I can use the spf 50 range (at least 3 range with the brand that works well for me. and vitamin C...:-)

Good product for dealing with whiteheads. Small and results are seen when combined with consistent use and a god regime (as with most things) Not a miracle product but glad I tried it
