Q: Does it come with the stainless steel milk pipe?

The milk temp is not adjustable, nor cold enough (to 37-degF) to store beyond 48-hours. Mine spoils as well at 40-degF. The documents that come in the box says to not store beyond 48-hours.

Q: whats the difference between this unit and the similar one that is 60 dollars more? Same capicity, looks the same, but this is less expensive

One is sold by Amazon.com directly, the other one is sold by La Cuisine International. Otherwise, they are identical.

Q: Where does it get power? From the Machine or the wall?

It's a separate electric appliance that must be plugged in for power.

Q: How long can you keep milk inside this?

You need to use the milk cleaner cycle on the Jura coffee machine each day. I generally fill the cool control once every 5 days. I run it through the dishwasher between fillings. Works great!
