Q: Are they microwaveable?

Yes, you can use them in the microwave. They are high quality ceramic mugs.

Q: What country is these cups made in?

Bottom of the cup says they are made in China

Q: How many ounces per mug?

Not as advertised as 18oz. They are 16oz which I needed them to be 18oz. This is why I bought them was for the size and colors was just as a bonus. Not real happy with the false size.

They are not perfectly flat there is a slight ridge around the edge. Also note that although these are microwave and dishwasher safe, the mug and handle does get very hot when heated in these appliances. I just love these mugs, they are so beautiful, but they do have a few issues.
