Totally happy with this beautiful product! The gazebo was much easier to assemble than I had anticipated. I'm not all handy, but I got it assembled. The directions were very clear. I did most of the assembly by myself, but I did accept occasional help from my wife and son during assembly of the roof. I am particularly impressed with the sturdiness of the gazebo. Corner braces and strong metal fabric make it durable and solid. I contacted the manufacturer to obtain a part that I had lost (no fault of the manufacturer or the seller) and to get a package of spare curtain hooks. The hooks seem to be a bit fragile, so I anticipate I may need some replacement in the future. However, they work fine. Customer support was marvelous. Very courteous, friendly, and responsive support. I highly recommend this gazebo! It looks gorgeous on our deck.

We ordered the 12x16 and absolutely loved it! We'll see how it will stand up against the MN winters. It took a while to put it up but like others said if you keep it loose and put it together then tighten it up no problems at all. We understood the directions wrong and used more of the plastic blocks and ran out of the parts at the end. But we emailed the company and they mailed us more parts! The communications with this company was the best! They checked in with us in the beginning letting us know boxes were shipped and constantly checking to see if we got everything and if we were happy. Really made me feel confident of buying this from the beginning. After completing the build I really feel solid about the product and the purchase!

We love our new gazebo! It took longer to receive our complete order then anticipated so we missed out on the Amazon installation service and didn’t have in time for a planned house party. My son and husband assembled it no problem although it took about 11 hours. It’s very sturdy and I really like the privacy curtains and mosquito netting that came with it. We were missing a few hooks for the curtains and the seller shipped them immediately once contacted. The seller also compensated us with a 10% credit for the gazebo shipment delay. I love my gazebo but was really frustrated when I received the 4 boxes in 2 shipments weeks apart without a clear idea when the last 2 boxes would arrive. The seller always responded quickly to my inquires. Delivery problems aside, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Very good product not to hard to assemble I am not a great mechanic did almost all myself I called customer service and talked to Carrie about a couple of missing parts she talked me through the whole prosses and sent my stuff right out answered all my question very knowledgeable never thought I would talk to a live person in this day and age She answered right away very pleasant can can't say enough about this company would buy from them again in a heart beat I don't do reviews but this one had to be done great people??

This a very nice gazebo once assembled. However, here are some issues I have: missing several “R1” parts, curtain rail was bent causing it difficult to open/close curtain, there are many washers in the packet but nothing in the instructions as to where to install them.I really like the gazebo and have worked around most of these issues and it took only about 20 hours to assemble. I would buy it again.

Overall, we like this gazebo very much. It added shade to our patio; which was very much needed. My wife and I built the gazebo on our own. I am 69, she is 68. Yes, it took us a couple of days. Only 3 parts were missing, but Rimba, the manufacturer, was very prompt in getting us the missing parts. Now we enjoy our coffee in the morning, and family and friends in the evening under the gazebo. Oh, one mistake we made, take the white ID dots off the parts as you assemble not afterwards.

When we first received the boxes of parts, we were almost overwhelmed with the vast amount of pieces. We even considered hiring somebody to assemble it for us. However, we found that everything was plainly labeled and the instructions very clear with pictures and dialog.We are both in our 70s, so I needed younger help installing the cross beams and roof panels but everything went smoothly.Highly recommend!

This gazebo is perfect for backyard parties. Unfortunately pieces were missing but contacting the shipper had great results. The parts that were in stock were delivered immediately and the four other parts were delivered from China quickly. Very pleased!
