Beautiful skates
Absolutely in love with my new skates! Everyone was saying to order a size down but when I did they were WAAAAY to tight to the point I couldn’t move my toes, and they felt squished. But I ordered a new pair in my regular shoe size and they fit perfectly.

Love my skates.
I'm street size 8. Bought 7 in skates, they fit like a glove. My feet arches hurt so bad the first time wore them, second time around I broke them in already and I was super comfortable. The level of support they provide made me feel stable on ice. Can't wait for my first figure skating class on the weekend. Lovely skates, recommend.

Great ice skate, lasts for years.
I like that they changed the clasps, much more durable than before.

Ice skate nightmare
The first time my daughter wore them one of the clamps broke on the side then the next day another one broke, been dealing with the company for 3 days to take care of this matter and still not taken care of, dont feel these skates are worth the price.

A competing adult figure skaters review.
I bought these two years ago when I started figure skating as an adult. Since I had no idea what I would be able to learn, I didn’t want to invest a lot. They were most definitely an upgrade over my $20 recreational skates or rentals. What I have been able to learn in these has probably far exceeded what these were designed for. I am an adult skater of about 180 pounds. I have been able to learn all jumps through flip on these skates. And I jump big. I have competed in these skates. They are now starting to break down particularly one my landing foot, but based on the stiffness rating and my size I am thoroughly impressed. I have completed USFSA Adult 1-6 and thru freeskate 2. I am starting to compete at Prebronze level all in one pair of these.Sizing: I wear an 8 street shoe and wear a 7 in these skates. Best to get fitted at a shop but sizing according to the size chart based on foot measurements is accurate. I like the toe box on these as they fit feet with long toes where toes 2 and 3 are almost just as long as the big toe. I have skated in Riedells too and the toe box is much smaller.Blades: decent quality. I get mine sharpened at a figure skate shop every 16-20 hrs. Taking them to a rink or shop that specializes in hockey ymmv as they tend to sharpen more hockey style and change the rocker.Boot: Took about 15-20hrs to break in. Pretty comfortable and decent padding. I have not needed any pads to prevent lace bite and have had no issues with blisters and wear very thin socks only. They are very comfortable for skating, even 2+ hrs. The clips at the top do bend fairly easily and may break. I’ve broken at least 3 of them but a pro shop can fix no issue. I have skated an average of 6 hrs per week for almost 2 years in them. These are great for any beginner but be aware that you will probably need to upgrade within 2 years if you keep at it and are serious about skating.Bottom line: not sure about skating? These are a good choice to start. Coming back after a break as a child skater? I’d start higher level than this. Probably Freestyle which still includes a blade. You can probably get closer to 3-4 years on Freestyles as they are stuffed. Bigger feet? Jackson’s. Or Edea but those are going to run you more $$.
