Can feel it
Pros: not having to lug a tank by hand while pushing the wheelchairCons: can feel it through the back of the wheelchair. If not put on just right can rub against the wheels or hang too low as well. Still not a completely useless product though. Will just invest in a cushion for the chair to block the feeling
