Happy Home Flavoring Natural Orange Baking Flavor Emulsion - Certified Kosher, 4 oz.

From Hawaii, I cannot (for whatever reason) order regular almond extract online. However, this emulsion is a good price, and has very satisfactory flavor profile. I use it in my food based business for various baked and gelatin products. Everything I have made so far, turned out well, but is a little lighter in almond flavor compared to extract. This is the second time I ordered it, and will continue to use it.

Taste good, good quality

I have used better quality ones before, you need to use a lot of it to get good results. Considering the price and shipping costs , I will never buy again. You can find an alcohol free one in a regular store for less than third of the price.

I really expected a flavorful emulsion but was totally disappointed. This was watery and very weak in flavor. I read the reviews so expected a lot more, but this was a total mistake. I'll be looking do a much better product elsewhere.
