My son loves this Mac and cheese.

This is hands down my favorite vegan Mac and cheese. It’s easy to make, tastes good and not super fake. It has a decent amount of protein as well.

Says it all. I did add extra plant milk when heating it up because the pasta is pretty dry. That worked well.

This is pre- made, vegan mac and cheese...…..so expectations can't be super high or compared to mac n cheese made with dairy. That being said, this isn't too bad. Each box contains a pouch cooked pasta and a sauce packet and you just mix the 2 together either in a pan on the stovetop or in a bowl in the microwave and just heat! I mean it doesn't get much easier than that! I tried both the bacon and the original. I actually think I prefer the original as the bacon one just had too strong of a 'fake bacon' taste. I like the original because you really have room to customize it! I added garlic salt and Italian seasoning to it and sprinkled with panko after it came out of the microwave. Is it as good as homemade, plant based mac and cheese...? No. But......it is definitely something hand to have on hand when you just don't feel like cooking or need something really quick or even have an insatiable mac and cheese craving! Another bonus is that these don't need refrigerated prior to cooking so you can easily throw it in your luggage, work bag or larger purse! While I try to limit my consumption of processed food, I am really thankful that there are becoming more and more convenient vegan options!

I found this at Whole Foods a couple months. I have been only able to find this sporadically at Whole Foods since. It hasn't been on the shelves at my local one for a over a month now. I am so glad Amazon has this! In my area, it's about $4.99 a box plus tax, but it came out cheaper to purchase off Amazon, after they lower the price from about $43 to $29. I have had this in my cart for a while because it was way too expensive. Thanks for making it cheaper finally. Oh and with prime, definitely cheaper to buy here than in store.Anyways, this is pretty good mac and cheese! I am not one for really cheesy sauce or chemical (erhm like Daiya) and this stuff is like crack for me. It's easy to make and filling. Not the healthiest meal, but hey it's mac and cheese what do you expect? I do think vegan mac and cheese is an acquired taste, you either like it or not. I have cooked this in a college dorm (microwave) and at home (actual kitchen) on the stove and it was great! I have had the regular cheesy mac- no bacon. It was good. I decided to add my own bacon the next and it was amazing. You can get creative with this if you really want to. I will definitely purchase again in the future- either here or if I can find it locally.

I love this Mac and am so happy that Amazon sells it because I can find it at my local store. They don’t use very many ingredients and the smokey flavor of the fake bacon stretches the flavor! I’ve always found other brand of vegan mac, like Daiya, often sticks to your mouth and is like velveeta (plasticky), and if that is good enough for you, then by all means, go for it! But the texture of this one is really satisfying! When cooking the noodles, I usually put in a tablespoon or two of water to help soften the noodles and then you just add the cheese sauce! Super easy and filling!

Out of all the vegan mac and cheese options, this is one of our favorites. The flavor is cheesy, but without that bitterness of dairy cheese.You prepare it in a skillet and if you cook it long enough it begins to caramelize and crisped into an even better version of itself.We add all kinds of vegan meats and/or veggies plus panko and bake it to make a divine casserole.

This mac is amazing compared to most commercially available alternates for plant based eaters. My partner probably eats this more than any other pre-made meal. It's simple/easy to make. Tastes better if you brown it in the pan.
