Too much JNL hype
The stories in here were very inspiring but that was spoiled by the mention that these people made incredible strides in overcoming obstacles because of Jennifer Nicole Lee.I realize that yes,she is the author of this book but one reason she has turned me off in the past is her attitude that she is THE BEST.I did do the JNL Fitness program that all the people in this book owe their amazing new lives to,and it was not that amazing.I really wanted to like this book but all the references in it as to how amazing JNL and her fitness program are just left a sour taste in my mouth.At least she left out all the giant color photos of herself on every page that she did in her other book

Disappointment :(
I bought this book bc I LOVE Jennifer Nicole Lee. This book was a let down. Not what I had hoped for. I had hoped for her inspiring positivity however it was boring stories from other people. My fault though as I did not read the book description.
