I had his earlier version of this and this is better. You get the feeling he knows what he's talking about. But you have to commit to it and that can feel like a task.

I've been a fan of Dick Sutphen for years, his content is trustworthy and materially relevant which leads me, willingly, into self hypnosis. I enjoy the exercises he presents and the pace of reading is not too fast which allows comprehension of the topic.

I like Sutphen's recordings. I find them very effective.
