Q: will this fit is300 2002 ?

It will fit. 2002-2005 all offered the same style unsprung setup. Make sure that you only get this clutch if you use the oem flywheel.

Q: Does this include pressure plate and the clutch

This includes the cover, disc, pilot and release bearings, and alignment tool.

Q: Does it have warranty?

2 years/30K miles from purchase.

Q: What's the torque compacity ? Need something around 300tq making 280tq now but will up the boost a bit

This kit is only rated for factory power outputs. We're not showing an upgraded kit for that application.
