I would assume so. You would probably stir in a different direction than what a right handed person would stir.

Q: Where is this made? In US?

There is no stamping on spoon saying such. Only thing on spoon is Louisiana Roux Spoon Company, New Orleans. The spoon company is located in Covington, LA....so I'm assuming it is made in USA. I know I love it and use it a lot. Great for dipping beans, soup, etc. Also great for scraping bottom of pots and skillets if frying or making gravy.

Q: Does it come in a left handed option

Sorry but only right handed on the roux spoons.
