This product seems to be well-made. It evenly distributes the weight of a heavy zoom lens and takes the pressure off of the lens mount. It is light enough and small enough for the camera to be hand-held. I was able to mount it on my lens collar and a quick release plate so that I could either hand- hold it or mount it on a ball head.

Being foldable, this support doesn't offer much protection to the bayonet. Sadly, they forgot to put loops for a sling also. A few simple changes would make this a great product. Even fully tightened, there is still enough movement to damage your cameras bayonet if you continually use a sling, and have your camera off to the side, then quickly grab your camera body to pull the camera up. I still highly recommend holding the lens mount ring bracket. Machining is quality, looks good, and still offers itself as a handle to pull your camera up from your side. So I give it two stars for that.

This mount worked very good with my Tamron 70-200 G2 lens mounted on my D7200. I wanted to support the camera as well as the lens to prevent any damage to the camera's lens mount. this did the job.

Rigidifie parfaitement l’ensemble et est légerPied arca Swiss par contre il faut adapter pour mettre en bandoulière (pas de filetage) j’ai mis une anse en corde pour clipper une sangle backrapid
