Si Funciona, lo recomiendo, tarda uno en adaptarse inclusive me provocaba náuseas, pero una vez que te adaptas es una maravilla, alcanzó un pace más rápido y mi frecuencia cardiaca no se eleva tanto!!!!

My brain and my cardiopulmonary system are not very good at working together, and as a result I struggled frequently to keep my breathing in check and my HR low. Enter the Go2 device. I’m not sure about the VO2Max increase, because I don’t have a lab, but I do know after one week of training with this I ran a marathon PR and never struggled with my breathing rhythm, or felt short of breath. This is a fantastic little device for anyone who’s trying to improve their performance.

Works good but needs more
The device works well for what it does, but after a while the effectiveness seems to lessen. I wish it came with an ability to put in new attachments to create more resistance, but I still use it and I get good training out of it. Not a bad purchase if you aren’t training super hard. I would definitely recommend it for beginners
