I've had cold sores ever since I was a little kid over fifty years ago and have never found a very reliable product that fights them. Recently it seems that the frequency with which I've been breaking out with cold sores has gotten much worse, then I read about Lysine. Researchers and medical websites all say there's no evidence of Lysine making any difference with cold sores, but ever since I started taking it a few months ago, I haven't had a single outbreak. I don't care what they say, it works. The only down side to these are the huge size of them, but I find that if I place them pointed down towards the back of my throat, they go down easily enough.

There’s lots of pills which is great, not sure if it’s working. The pills are very big. Will finish the whole bottle and see!
