My wife wanted this for relief of neck and shoulder pain and was very pleased with the device when it arrived. She said that it really relieved the pain and tension for a while with the added bonus that it prevented her from getting tension headaches. The remote was a bit vague straight out of the box requiring fiddling and repeated button pressing to get the required setting. Then the device refused allow operation direct and could only be switched on by the remote. Finally it started switching modes by itself mid operation which was somewhat disconcerting. All this happened within the space of a week. We would have asked for a replacement but the only option seemed to be a refund. A pity because it was good when it worked and was nicely packaged in a smart presentation box. Sadly, a nice box doesn't ease your backache....

This massager looks great, However- the battery to the remote was dead when it arrived? So I replaced it with an expensive NEW battery. By that evening the Battery was dead? So another expensive battery later and a few hours of being fitted it was also dead. Solution RETURNED.Also for those thinking that it's a one off- the instructions DO NOT tell you the modes you have to experiment and the heat is barely noticeable

I like the fact it's easy to use and works on the neck muscles.

I use this product daily and find it definately helps my neck pain. It is great value for the money and has a variety of setti gs for both type of massage and speed. My one complaint is that the remote is a bit hit and miss getting it to work, there does not seem to be one place to press for either speed or setting. Whereas the heat setting works right away. Would recommend.

I got this a couple of weeks ago and it takes a little getting used to you need to ease into it as it can sting a bit at first but once it’s in a good position and resting on your neck where you need it it works wonders I usually suffer with headaches from neck pain and I haven’t had them since I got this.

For my neck pain it only helps ease it a bit but a bit is better than nothing aspainkillers don’t help. I am sure it is very effective for others.

I already have a TENs machine but this is specifically for the neck and really helps when I am sitting at my PC
