Concrete Resurrection Sealer Remover 1 Gal

Highly recommended. Just follow instructions!I have never removed sealer before so I wasn't sure what I was getting into. After a considerable amount of research I settled on this product to remove several layers of acrylic-based sealer on my pavers.I covered all my plants, my fence, and lower portion of my house in plastic. I chose to spray the product on, which was easy. I then followed the sellers recommendation of laying 1 mil plastic over the pavers so the product wouldn't dry so fast.After an hour I went back out, pulled up the plastic, and used my 2300 psi electric pressure washer to remove the old sealant. Worked perfectly.All in all I spent about 4 hours with prep and removal for about 300 sq ft area.

First you want to know if it works. Yes I does. I used it to remove old sealer that had turned white around my pool (eagle brand). It works better when applied during warm temperature. In my opinion 70 to 75 degrees would be a great temperature. Spray on with pump up sprayer. Don’t let it dry. Apply it twice if it starts to dry. It does start to melt old sealer pretty quick especially at warmer temperatures. At the temperatures described above I started pressure washing the old material off in 30 to 45 minutes. It comes off pretty easy with a 3000 to 3500 psi pressure washer and produces a milky fish scale appearance. Make sure to cover fencing or anything with paint on it. It will strip paint of any kind. It was the best product I found but it is still slow going. I would only do a small area at time.

Tried to use this to remove concrete sealer before switching to epoxy and used as directed and poured a coat over a small portion to test and let sit for four hours and it did little or nothing to remove the sealer

We have stained concrete that we are trying to tile and needed to strip the stain. This worked a lot better than sanding and definitely a lot cleaner.

I’ve been working on removing sealer from a large 9’ wide front porch. I applied this product and covered it with 1 mil plastic as suggested. I had to leave it on over night to get any real results and then it was spotty. The consistency is like water so it tends to run off your target site. I would not buy this again. I’ve had the most success with a thicker product half the cost from Lowe’s when left on over night.

worked great. removed the glossy sealer with ease. only complaint was I didn't get the removal coverage that the product advertised. more like 100 sf. per gallon
