I bought books 1 and 2. I've been on a couple of courses now so think I have most of the knowledge in the first book but look forward to the free resources as they will be helpful.This second book looks awesome and I think I'll learn a lot from it as there are some more advanced strategies around financed etc. Both well written guidebooks for investing.

I’ve now read volumes 1 and 2 as well as Robs book on calculations. I have found all books to be very succinct and engaging. Very easy reading and jargon free with some well explained examples of the said strategies. Thoroughly recommend all 3 books!

I have read all 3 books from Robert (Calculation, Playbook 1 and Playbook2); I personally feel playbook 2 (compare to playbook 1) is more interesting with the options investors can do in the property space - definitely a book I will keep for future references. Playbook 1 in comparison is more generic/ basic (even for a novice like myself)
