Q: We have a curve in our shower unit, is there anyway around this for install?

Q: Can she shower body only without hair using top shower head?

Only through a modification to add a 3/8-inch valve to the hose that goes to the top showerhead. Easy to do, but it does not come with the unit. Otherwise, only the handshower has a turn off switch on it.

Q: Will it work when the shower outlet comes out of the wall above the plastic shower unit?

To install Nebia by Moen N214C0SRN Nebia Nebia by Moen Spa Shower including Rainshower, Handshower and Magnetic Dock, Spot Resist Brushed Nickel, you will need to remove your old shower arm assembly (including shower arm trim/escutcheon) and showerhead from the wall. With the Nebia by Moen, you will no longer need these; however the water outlet must be in a wall and not the ceiling.
