Q: Where is this pan made?

This pan is made in the US and is made with the best Non-stick I have ever used. The CeramiGaurd II. Soap and a dish rag with hot water is all I use to clean it. I have 3 pans in this series and they are my go to's for daily cooking.

Q: What is a good lid for the 12 inch??

Volrath sells lids for their frying pans. I assume they are as good a quality as the frying pan. They are made of aluminum and can go in the oven. If you want your eggs to be cooked on top without burning the bottom or over-cooking the egg you'll need a lid. I like to use a glass lid so I can see the food.

Q: Are there rivets on the inside of this fry pan?

Yes there are three rivets that secure the handle to the fry pan. They appear to be coated with the same non-stick coating on the pan.
