Excellent pen. Excellent ink.
This is a very nice pen Cross has always been a favorite of mine. The quality and smoothness of the writing makes this an excellent choice for most writing conditions. This pen is slim in the hand and just feels great. It is not terribly heavy either. I would recommend this to anyone for personal use, or as the perfect gift to someone.

Great pen, highly recommended
I wasn't sure if I would like the feel of the pen since it has a slimmer profile. But it has a wonderful finish and is grippy enough without hurting your hands when writing longer pieces.If I had to find something to ding it for, I'd say the clip is a little too aggressive. It tends to tear the pages I try to attach it to if I'm not very careful.Also, it's not an entirely silent writer, but it doesn't rattle like some of my Parkers do.Overall I am very happy with this pen and would gift it or recommend it to friends and family.

Hoppy Easter gifts!
I put this pen in two Easter baskets for my two of my adult children with some stationery, because they prefer this type of item over too much candy. The response was really great! They loved the pens.

Looks like a traditional Century, but less likely to leak in your pocket
It looks just like the regular "twist to open" Cross Century, but it is a "push to extend" ballpoint.It seems to be a little lighter than the traditional version which is great for me because I always keep it in my shirts' breast pocket. Of course, it uses a different refill than that traditional version.I always like to have a Cross pen, but every year or so I lose one and have to replace it. This is the first time I have noticed this version, but I really liked the color..... my last pen was a very nice enamel green, that I bought to match my Anniversary issue Mazda Miata that was painted in British Racing Green...... I always try to get a Cross pen that matches the color of my car

If only it wrote nicely...
This pen feels great, looks great, and the click is very nice. However, a pens purpose is to write, not look good. The ink refuses to flow smoothly and is always a fight to start writing with it. I have also noticed that it will refuse to write on some surfaces entirely such as certain cardstocks.It also was to include a blue gel cartridge, and it did in fact NOT includw one.
