I bought these for oiling small items and tight areas, that require small amounts of oil, where average oilers can't reach. These are perfect for putting oil in the right spot, without getting any on the parts that are not supposed to be oiled. If you want to permanently affix the needle to the cap, just add some epoxy to the recessed area, after you screw the needle in the cap.

These bottles have been working for what I have used them for over the past couple months. I personally haven’t had any issues with them. But comparing them to this Lucas bottle I just have to say it’s a 3 star bottle compared to a 5 star. The reasons being the Lucas bottle just feels more quality overall. These bottles have very long needle fillers, too long in my opinion also the plastic on these bottles is very soft you can squeeze them a little too easily compared to the bottles Lucas uses. I would buy these again since the price was fair but if I could find the OEM Manufacture of the Lucas bottles for a similar price I would go buy those. For this price I can’t complain I’m just comparing it to what I consider to be a 5 star bottle. Iv seen some complaints of the needle coming loose. I haven’t had that issue but a very small dot of super glue would easily fix that since it appears that’s how they are put In anyway. If you’re using something extremely thin like a water type consistency then I don’t think any needle filler would be able to help you at all you might just need to buy some of those hypodermic needles if you need some serious precision.
