Good recipes and photos, no nutritional info
This book arrived yesterday (I pre-ordered) and although I’ve not tried any of the recipes, they look good and easy to follow and most have images. There is good variation and I’m looking forward to trying them. The big downside is that there is no nutritional information. No macro numbers, not even calories per portion. This is a bit of an oversight in my opinion and makes it less useful. I ordered Ross Edgely’s worlds fittest cookbook at the same time and I think I’ll end up using that more due to having macros listed conveniently with each recipe.

Eat what a champion eats
Was given this as a present, and I was thrilled. I followed Sammy's insta recipes for years, and having her book makes it easier to access my favourites. Spicy Shakshuka, Maple Mustard Spatchcock Chicken and Carrot Cake Cheesecake. When you're eating a lot of food in a day, to support a training regime, it's great to have different flavours and styles of food, to keep things interesting.Anyone who is in a perma-chicken/salmon-rice-veg rut, needs to get this book. This is where you come when you want intensely nutritional fuel for sport.Brilliant!

Too many Ingredients
Liked the concept but recipes require so so many ingredients and a tonne of time to prepare and cook.
