It's a very well built caddy but the salt and pepper shakers broke.The good: It's well made with stainless steel, lots of storage space, very sturdy. It is just very well engineered and manufactured.The bad: The salt and pepper shakers have these incredibly cheap and poorly designed tops. There are chintzy plastic buttons you push down on that pop the shakers open. One arrived broken and the other you could tell wasn't going to last long. It didn't and broken after a few uses. You can see in the picture the buttons are in the down (broken) position but the dispensers are not open.It's a little tedious but I suppose you can 'fiddle' with them each time but opening the shaker tabs since the buttons are (or soon will) broken. For the price we didn't want to mess with chintzy shakers.The caddy is good enough that we considered buying our own shakers. Problem is that the caddy has smallish round metal holders for the shakers and none of the shakers we found would fit.Two other minor 'nits': (neither is a deal breaker and can be overlooked) 1. The space for storing napkins is a bit too small. 2. The resistance for rotating the caddy is surprisingly high. With ball bearings it should spin much easier.Bottom line - if you can live w/o the shakers or have your own that fit - it's a good caddy otherwise. But for the price, it's a little hard to overlook. Given the work they put into the caddy - they just need to put the small effort into standard non-gimmicky shakers and they would have a home run.

This is an excellent addition to most tables, it fits just enough 'stuff' for a mealtime and it spins for EZ grabbin's. Can use different 'stuff' for different types of meals-rotate your 'stuff'! The side railings are different heights. The napkin rail could be a bit wider. The three compartments in the center hold more than you'd think. S&P fit snug in the holders and they have an EZ pop-open lid. Rounded handle is nice for lifting entire tray, however, it's not slit or cut to hold a table card or menu. Very EZ to keep clean and can be left out on table, counter, put in fridge or stored in cubbard until next use. If you have a table, this should be on it--of course filled with what you need and want, Oh, don't forge to rotate your condiments!

I love this so far. It arrived on time. It is spacious and will fit condiment bottles. It doesn't turn very easily but maybe because it's brand new. I actually like it without the stem in the middle. So far I'm extremely pleased and will recommend this product.

I liked the caddy but it came damaged. Contacted the company for a replacement, but never heard back from them. The lid to one of the shakers was broken I tried to glue it back but did not work. I am using the caddy and hoping visitors do not notice the flaw.
