First appearance- metal handle and metal wire for rope. Wire is covered in semi transparent pvc. The rope length is adjustable using screws. Handle are medium weight feels good to hold. I adjusted length without cutting the wire. Speed is as fast as you want to go. With normal ropes I usually have multiple misses while skipping. With this one - zero misses.You have to take care not to over bend the wire or it will get permanent bend while storing or carrying.For the price I think it’s a good buy.

Good quality.. you can try this , because of ball bearing i feel that rope will not cut from edges... But since i have used only for 10 days so cant comment completly
